all puppies are sold on a strict non-breeding basis. This means we do not allow our dogs to be bred and must be spayed/neutered within 8-12 months of purchase.

for the Trupanion trial insurance at no cost to them for the first 30 days, then should the buyer continue the policy it will be at buyers expense.

All Hennhouse Poodles and Doodles puppies are sold as a PET ONLY and must not be bred, buyer agrees to spay or neuter this dog by a licensed vet by the times pet reaches 8 months old unless other arrangements have been made with licensed vet and approval of breeder.

As the buyer if I am selected I agree *

to secure the best veterinary care and attend to the physical and emotional welfare of this puppy through his/her lifetime. Buyer agrees to provide veterinary care at periodic intervals to include regular checkups, worming, heartworm preventative, and keeping vaccinations current.

I understand and agree *

to provide puppy with food daily and provide fresh water such that it is well nourished and therefore more resistant to sickness.

I acknowledge and understand the *

Lifetime Support and Re-Home Policy: We are here for you and your new Henn House Poodles and Doodle puppy for the duration of his/her life. You can contact us with any questions or concerns. Buyer(s) agree if for any reason during the dog’s life you are unable to keep the dog’s life you are unable to keep the dog/puppy purchased from us you will contact the Breeder and we will take him/her back or help in placing the puppy/dog in the new home.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall the Buyer place the puppy/dog in a shelter, humane society, dog pound, pet mill or pet store and Buyer will NOT resell the puppy/dog for any reason. Full and Final Agreement By signing below you have read and understand this Pet Contract/Guarantee and agree to this document in full.

As the buyer I understand *
